We were founded by Henrik K. Hansen and Paul L. Gersager IN 1978.

Both founders are today resigned from the company, and has left the responsibility to the next generation.

Today it is managed H. G. Trading of Rikke K. Hansen, who joined as CEO of the company in 2006
